Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise specified during price negotiation. If the piece is to be used for commercial purposes, the price of the commission increases by 75% of the base price. Regardless of the commission's use, credit in some form must always be given.

I reserve the rights to the finished piece for the purposes of promotion and portfolio.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Payment is given up front and no cancelation / refund will be tolerated after the commissioner approves of the sketch.

Changes / adjustments to the commission can be made up to and during the lineart phase; changes following &/or excessive change may may result in an additional charge.

Turnover time varies pending the type of commission. Generally, it will take anywhere from a week to a month. Be sure to notify me of a deadline / preferred turnover time during price negotiation; while it will not mitigate delays based on situations in my life, it will let me know what projects to prioritize.
